The voyage

How it works

Four steps. No complicated process — just a clear course from booking to follow-up.

1

Choose a session topic

Browse upcoming sessions by area — toxic relationships, divorce, anxiety, teen support and more. Each session is €100, no subscription.

2

Send questions in advance

After booking, submit what's on your mind. The therapist reads every question and builds the session around what the group needs.

3

Join live on Zoom

Every Sunday — 30 minutes of structured presentation, then 90 minutes of open group Q&A. Speak up or just listen; both are fine.

4

Receive a personal reply

The therapist follows up directly in your dashboard. Not an automated message — a real response to what you shared.

What you actually get

Not a vague promise

Here is what happens in a typical session.

Clarity on what's been happening

The therapist explains patterns of toxic behaviour — control, gaslighting, emotional manipulation — in plain language. Many women say hearing it described accurately is the first time they felt truly understood.

Practical guidance, not just validation

Not a venting circle. The therapist gives concrete suggestions — how to set limits, how to communicate during a difficult divorce, how to manage anxiety on a specific day.

Other women in the same situation

Hearing someone else went through the same thing and made it through is often more useful than any advice. That's what the group format provides that individual therapy cannot.

In their words

What women say after their first session

Real responses. Names and details changed for privacy.

I came in thinking I was the problem in my marriage. The therapist described patterns of coercive control with specific examples. I recognised my situation in every one of them. I finally understood what I had been living with for six years.
Sarah, 38Toxic Relationships · Dublin
I was mid-divorce and completely overwhelmed by the decisions I had to make. The session gave me a list of things to actually do — not motivational advice, just practical steps. The follow-up helped me stay on track.
Maria, 44Divorce & Separation · Cork
I was anxious about joining a group — I did not want to speak. But I did not have to. Hearing other women describe the same feelings I had been ashamed of made me feel less alone than I had in years. I've booked three more since.

Why this exists

Support, right now

Individual therapy has waiting lists of months. We offer a structured space you can access immediately, when you actually need it.

Built by your questions

Nothing is scripted. The therapist prepares by reading your specific questions in advance, so the session goes where you need it to.

Zero pressure

Expert-led support shouldn't cost €150/hour. Book one session to see if it fits. No subscriptions, no hidden strings.

Before you book

What you should know

Straightforward answers to the questions most women ask first.

Your privacy is protected

Sessions are not recorded without consent. You can participate using only your first name or anonymously. What is said in the group stays in the group.

Qualified therapists only

Every therapist holds a recognised qualification in their area. You can view their credentials and specialties before booking.

One session at a time

No subscription. You pay €100 per session and book when it suits you. There is no minimum number of sessions required.

Therapy, not clinical treatment

Psychology-based support and peer guidance — not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional.

Join from anywhere

Sessions run on Zoom. Join on your phone, tablet, or computer. You do not need a Zoom account to participate.

Ask questions in advance

After booking you get a question form in your dashboard. The therapist reads every submission before the session starts.
