Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By booking a session or creating an account on Navigate Through, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Navigate Through is

Navigate Through provides live online group sessions led by qualified therapists via Zoom. These sessions offer psychological support and peer guidance. They are not a substitute for individual clinical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a local emergency service or crisis helpline immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. Sessions marked for teens must be booked by a parent or guardian.

4. Booking and payment

• Sessions cost €100 per booking. There is no subscription.
• Payment is processed securely by Revolut. Your booking is confirmed when payment is completed.
• Your personal join link is sent by email and is single-use. Do not share it.
• Spots are limited. Once full, no further bookings are accepted for that session.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• More than 48 hours before the session: full refund on request.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund, as the therapist will have already prepared for your participation.
• If Navigate Through cancels a session, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

6. Session conduct

• Sessions are confidential. Do not share what others say in a session outside the session.
• Do not record sessions without the explicit written consent of Navigate Through and all participants.
• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the session without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Navigate Through website — including text, designs, and session materials — is owned by Navigate Through and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Navigate Through provides a platform for therapeutic support. We are not liable for outcomes arising from participation in sessions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
